Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Crisps - ideally none if made from potato. There are other types, made from lentils for example, but I don't know if they're any better carbwise

Chocolate - extra dark (70% or greater) is usually considered the best option, but even then in moderation. I eat 85% dark but never more than 3 or 4 squares a day.

If you still want to have crisps you may have to trawl through the carbohydrate information on the back of the packets to find ones with the lowest carbs. Some of the more puffy ones like quavers may be lower but many people do reserve them as treats not a regular part of your diet. Nuts are better options or some people make their own crisps from celeriac as lower carb than anything made from potatoes or wheat.
Dark chocolate 70% Moser Roth from Aldi is good but again kept as treats.

Cheetos multipack are only 6g carb a bag

Quavers and skips are my go to, also the salt and vinegar puffed hoola hoops. Dark chocolate is the best, lots to choose from, I just put them in my app and count them in my daily score, usually after my evening meal if its been a good day carb wise.

Welcome to the forum @smartcar

I weaned myself off my pack-of-crisps-a-day habit, and only have them rarely now. I do enjoy them when I have them, but can’t say I really miss them much.

I opted for nuts as my nibble of choice instead. They seem to leave my BG alone and (as a T1) I don’t need to faff about with an insulin dose for a handful or two of nuts in the way I would for a bag of crisps.
