Hi, I was recently informed that my hba1c reading was 43 which puts me at risk of developing diabetes. I am not overweight and as for being active I walk 10+ miles a day as a Postie and weight train 3-4 days a week. I already have a healthy diet so I am struggling as to what changes I can make. I need to consume enough calories to have the energy to get through the day. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
