If we move the clouds around us

Those gleaming days shine through

A positive mind brings sunshine

Invites some smiling too



Please address where you are slipping

Let’s open healthy doors

Set your mind to understand

This life you have is yours



Poor levels through your body

Is like incoming stormy weather

A positive mind brings sunshine

So let’s face it, now, together



Don’t give in to diabetes

Don’t give up on yourself

Be sure to keep your thinking right

Take a pride for better health
