I had my Hba1c done again on monday, 2 months after my awful 11.6 result and i'm happy to say its 9.1!!!

I know I know its not record breaking and I still have a way to go but it just makes me think that after 2 months of good work its come down quite a way so if I keep it going I could get further 🙂

Thanks for all your previous encouragement and Im even more happy because I am starting my Job in the new branch on monday so im hoping to get myself into a settled routine and improve on this score by my next test in July!!!

Em x

Well done Em, a fantastic turnaround. It just goes to show what a little bit of effort can do. I am sure by July you will be over the moon by an even better result. Keep up the good work, and good luck in your new job. Do come back and let us know how you are getting on.
