Thought I would share some positive news. It’s been a tough 18 months where my sugar levels went up to 54. Having made the positive changes I have had results back today and reading back in to normal range of 40. Managed to go from 12st 4lb to 10st 9lb with regular exercise and cutting out the bad foods.

Hard part now is to maintain the good work.

Just want to say thank you to all who have advised on previous posts and want to say to others please keep going. Never give up.

Stan

Great results @Stan78!

Congratulations on the in-range A1c and the weight loss. Hurrah!

Well done on the Hba1c & the weight loss !

Thank you all for the positive responses.

Can I just ask does successful reversal mean you are no longer classed as diabetic or do they still have you on the diabetes list?

I believe remission is achieving two in range HbA1c results without medication. You are classed as in remission not reversed

This is fantastic news, @Stan78 ! It's great to see hard work paying off!
