Hi Guys,

Had my Dr Appointment. I have lost even more weight. My blood pressure was the lowest it has been first reading for quite awhile. 148/97 95. Doctor said no need to put me on any meds for it. The ocassional fuzzy head could be due to side effects of Venlafaxine. But my Metformin is reduced to just 2 tablets a day. Venlafaxine not just yet. STYLE. ONWARDS UPWARDS. WEIGHT & BLOOD PRESSURE DOWNWARDS! Doc said no need to check my kidneys as I am losing weight, blood pressure is coming down and that means that my kidneys will be OK too. Chapter!
