Ok- I'm not keen myself- but do they really have no carbs in?{well 0.1 per bag]-just thinking of rucsack things for ski-ing for H have oodles of cereal bars/nuts etc.I will be having a carb counting week off!

Yes - they're just pork fat and skin, so they're entirely protein and fat (although there might be a light dusting of rusk on them but that's less than 0.1g of carbs).

If you are skiing I would be inclined to have more of a balance towards cereal bars - you'll be burning up lots of energy and it may be that this is one of those times where having some readily available carbohydrate should take precedence over wanting to reduce carbs.

Thanks Deusxm-He has skied before{well in a fashion!] and we went big time on the cereal bars etc just wanted to throw a few things in for variety!
