think many of us have been there with this one. yesterday i decided to have sausage sandwhiches for tea time and yep later got classic high BG symptoms. took some diabetic medication but had a lousy sleep only 4 and half hours. will catch up a bit later this morning but the stupid thing when i was asleep was only dreaming about a sweet shop downer not a single bar of chocolate inside to much on grrr.

well we live and learn the hard way. still sticking to non suppers though not sure if it is a good idea going without food for so long.

waiting for the better weather then i can start walking a bit with the walker not good in the weather we have been getting at the moment. ordered a decent winter coat but sods law as we can't try them on yep a tad too small but does give me something to aim for loosing some more weight. that is the downside to internet shopping.

If you need to wrap something around a sausage, (I eat them naked!!!) try a cheese waffle. They are easy and quick to make - you can be making the second one as you eat the first. They are egg, cheese and a little bit of something solid - psyllium flour, or coconut or almond just to make them a bit more wrap like. They can be made in a small frying pan, but the waffle maker makes them structured rather than flat.
