Today at work I am helping out with the Diabetes UK pop up stand at my office. We've had a few people pop by, including a chap that works at the mayors office. Had a good chat with him about how we can encourage more people to walk in London. He was impressed with how much walking I do!

The trouble with walking in London, I found, was that you get filth under your fingernails and the same filth in your lungs. Ban diesel vehicles in London and that would largely disappear, particularly buses and taxis.

That said, great effort, Stitch, keep up the good work🙂
