MANCHESTER, NH (CBS) ? A Manchester man will be in court Monday charged with assaulting an elderly neighbor with a hypodermic needle.
Police say Richard Crawford, 48, knocked on the door of another tenant in his apartment building on River Road Friday and entered the apartment, saying he wanted to talk about another tenant.
Crawford then allegedly told the 78-year-old woman she had something in her hair. He reached around her and stuck her in the back of the neck with a needle, police say.
