All ok apart from a slight ingrowing toenail on my right big toe. The Pody said he wont do anything until my hba level is lower (8.6%) due to the possibility of problems in the healing process.

He also pointed out that the toe is missing the first joint, the toe doesn't bend. I never noticed that before. Talk about learning something new everyday !

How strange that no-one had ever mentioned it before! 🙂 Good to hear that all is OK - hope you can get that HbA1c down before too long. I've got a slightly ingrowing toenail and they did suggest surgery but I've managed it myself since 1986 so I've declined 🙂 Hope yours doesn't bother you too much.
