I have the full sized book but I was wandering about getting the Pocket counter one. Does any one have this?

If so can you give me the measurements Height - Width - Depth?

Also approximate weight of the book?

I am wondering about carrying it around when out and about.

Many thanks

Many thanks Northerner. will look to find the diabetes app, is there a recommended UK one?

I have this pocket sized version & it’s small enough to fit in a jacket pocket but, it’s very heavy & it COULD break your pocket if it’s a lightweight fabric.😱

It’s also very tightly bound & it can be hard to open the book out enough to read the info on the pages as the inside margins, facing the middle, are a bit too small. So, some of the pages have fallen out when I opened it out too much!😱 I had to stick them back in with sellotape so, it’s not as practical to carry out & about as I thought!:(

Thanks for the information and advice Northerner and Lanny. Good to know 🙂

The app is probably the answer just have to figure how to get it on either my smartphone or nano ipod. the smartphone is android.
