They look OK. Is there anything particular with them that you are concerned about Gill or just needing reassurance?

Thank you and yes it's just a bit of reassurance I'm needing.

The only diabetic nurse I have now is the one at the drs surgery - I can't email her but she has said that she will phone me at the end of every month. The other diabetic nurse who is a specialist has said she can discharge me from the service now. I really feel as though I'm on my own with it. My Hba1c was 46mmol and I don't know if I should be happy about that or unhappy. As you know my bgls are always all over the place. My day to day life is different every day and I eat different meals all the time mainly at teatime.

But why are you needing reassurance? You must know that an HbA1c of 46 is brilliant. You must know that those readings are fine. Why do you need to trust someone other than yourself for this?
The reason the DSN has discharged you is that you are doing well. If there were problems they would be keeping a closer eye on you. Have confidence in yourself!
You are no different to the rest of us. Our lives vary and we eat different things and sometimes our levels are great and other times they need corrections here and there and vary a bit more than we would like.... that is all normal. Having perfect levels day after day would be very abnormal.... because it is just not possible.
