Regular walks help my cardio/vascular fitness and regulates my BG levels. I walk for 90 minutes to two hours a day. I listen to music and podcasts whilst walking. Music is very much about personal taste and I subscribe to Apple Music so it’s relatively easy to build up playlists. Podcasts are rather more difficult.

How about some ideas for playlists and podcasts?

I currently subscribe to the following podcasts:-
Best of Spectator
Brian Moore’s Full Contact
Inside The Times
The Bomb
The Good, Bad & Rugby
The Red Box Politics
The Ruck Rugby Podcast
The Rugby Pod
Walking The Dog
The Wisden Cricket Podcast

Wittertainment (Kermode and Mayo Movie Review)

No such thing as a Fish (QI Elves)

Type 1 on 1 (Miss Jen Grieves T1 diabetes interviews and chat)

Joe Rogan Experiance. Very popular American comedian, ufc commentator. Has some good guests and covers all topics. Each show probably averages 2 and a half hours so ideal for listening to whilst walking. Listen on youtube (gratis)
