Does anyone find they have to plan their days ahead with food sometimes. for example today i usually have 2 slices of brown bread at 11 o'clock in work. Today i forgot to bring it and I was starving so all i could get was a big greasy sausage roll. At lunch my blood was 12.7, even though before the roll my blood was 4.2 and i took 3 units of insulin. Also another annoying thing is when people say im very sensible etc when i go to the gym and they are eating chocolate and can't understand why i don't stuff my face like them - even though i say i can't because of diabetes. annoying people!!

I do my shopping on line and tend to plan weeks ahead. It is annoying not being able to gett o the shops on a regular basis to see excatly what is what, but doing it on line is less stressfull than with a bore four year old on y own!
