i was introduced to these rice cakes covered on dark chocolate when I was at a singing day last weekend. Found them today in Lidl. They are delicious, and worth every one of the 10g of carbs. The only problem is sticking to eating just one!!!! They are delicious.

If you have a Morrisons near you have a look in there as well because they have lots of different toppings including dark chocolate and orange 🙂

They are Rivercote, and are a coat rectangular pack rather than a cylinder, so I missed them at first.
I hope you can find them.

So having taken a liking to these, I know that the carbs are not much less than a choc digestive. What would be the benefit if rice cake over digestive? Slower release?
