Totally echo what Sue has said. Mine was awarded for 5 years too, thinking I’m about half way through that now, I have everything in a folder there ready for review.
My PIP award, I’ve recently been notified, is for ten years. I think that’s a joke, they just don’t want to see me again, and expect I’ll be gone before then. I’ll show ‘em.🙂
