As my balance has got worse recently I had requested a physiotherapist assessment.

Now I have been doing some exercise in physio gym at the local health centre. I am now going to join a local council run gym. Now my balance is getting better and hope it will help control my diabetes, weight and my osteoporosis.

Great news Veganlass. Just shows how many conditions can be helped by physiotherapy!

A lot of things are helped with gentle exercise, and it has certainly helped you.
