Just wondering if there was any others here doing the NHS program and in phase 2. In on week 3 of the phase and now can have 2 meals and a snack. Stuggling with breakfast.

In what ways are you struggling with breakfast?
What guidance has your programme provider given you?
I solved the problem by skipping breakfast on16:8 intermittent fasting.

I have a normal meal for breakfast rather than any high carb foods or imitations there of.
My plan was two meals a day and no snacks other than a very occasional bit of high cocoa chocolate but now I find one meal is enough several times a week. I pour out some coffee, add cream and next thing I know it is time to cook dinner.

Yes, when I am going out for the day it's convenient to have my lunch at breakfast time.

I have a campervan and could open a pop up restaurant on the aromas from the meat and mushrooms alone. Van owners who encounter me several times insist that I park at the end of the row and downwind....
