A CYCLIST from Penarth admitted she was blown away as hordes of fans roared her down The Mall at the finish of the inaugural Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100.
And while Clare Hughes always knew the 100-mile cycle was going to be tough, she insisted the day couldn?t have been more perfect after completing the challenge.
The Cowper Close resident signed up to take part in the largest mass-participation cycling sportive ever held in the UK to raise funds for a cause close to her heart.
