Pen Disposal

The thread about sharps disposal got me thinking, and I was wondering how everyone who is on insulin disposes of old pens.

Unfortunately my sharps bin is too small to accommodate my pens.

i put mine in sharps bin i get 7L one from GP

I must admit my finished pens go in the bin, with the needle taken off of course. The needle goes in the sharps bin.

Everything of Nathan's goes in the sharps bin .. needles, test strips, empty cartridges and pens .. He has the 1ltr box ...

I don't use disposable pens anymore but i put them in the bin. I only put needles and lancet drums in the sharps box. A 1 litre box lasts me around a year.
