I replied to another thread with info about a lovely sugar-free peanut butter and thought I should put it in another thread of its own
I love peanut butter but noticed that the usual brands all have added sugar so I hunted around and found Whole Earth Crunchy Original Peanut Butter with No Added Sugar. it is made with unblanched peanuts (97% of the contents) and no sugar or sweetners (only added ingredient is palm oil) .... and it is delicious😛 I found it in Sainsburys.... but other supermarkets might sell it. the downside is that it is ?1.98 in Sainsburys.... which is a lot more than Sunpat
carb content for 100g is 10.1g (but 100g is about a third of a jar😱) so you can have it on ryvita or multigrain toast
ps... mods if this needs to be in the food section please move it
