THE whereabouts of a former health boss who has been paid an estimated ?36,000 of public cash over the last four months remains a mystery.
The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Furness General Hospital, announced in June its executive chief nurse Jackie Holt was being seconded to another organisation.
The trust confirmed it would pay Jackie Holt?s ?109,730 salary for 12 months while she worked at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. But the Cheshire trust later backed out of the deal.
