EARLY January ? the time when many of us talk about making New Year resolutions.
Despite best intentions, these are always notoriously difficult to keep beyond the first few weeks. But whether or not we persevere with the goals we set ourselves, the new year offers an opportunity to concentrate on the things that are really important to us.
As we look forward to the next 12 months, there are some key issues that the NHS will be putting at the top of the list for 2013.
