This month, the NHS England board, senior managers and 250 members of the public will be talking about five important issues for the NHS that are to be selected by the general public.
On the 18th of September, just prior to the NHS England Annual General Meeting (AGM), Queen Elizabeth II conference centre in Whitehall will host the first NHS Citizen Assembly, where citizens and the NHS England board will discuss important issues for the NHS.
The five subjects are to be chosen from a list of 100 submitted to the NHS Citizen website over the past weeks. The final five will be selected at an agenda setting process running today which can be watched online.
