Hi. Using Medtronic guardian 4 sensors closed loop since the summer. Need to be an octopus to use the patches so I’ve nearly run out of the patches to match the current sensor supply. Medtronic tell me that the patches are unavailable/on back order. Does anyone have the same problem ? Has anyone found a solution or a good patch substitute? Look forward to hearing from you.

Going to tag @SB2015 as she uses the G4 sensors I believe and may be able to offer something relevant from her experience...

Hi @Nannybear I phoned this morning for some extra races for my sensors as I have mucked up some applications of these. They did not mention that there was any shortage.

Once I have everything applied I sometimes put a tegaderm over the whole lot to keep it in place, especially if I am going swimming.

Loving my looping (after a wobbly start) and amazed that the Guardian 4 really does only need one finger prick per week. Any questions that arise just ask.
