SUPPORTERS of people with diabetes have been invited to go along to an annual summer garden party later this month.
Christine Bloor, chairman of the Diabetes UK North Staffordshire voluntary group, will throw open the doors of her home at 14 Hollington Road, Tean, between 1pm and 4pm on August 19.
Christine, who is one of North Staffordshire's longest-established driving instructors, was diagnosed with diabetes herself back in 1998.
