It's a lot like tofu but with taste & texture..... Actually nothing like tofu except that it's white & usually cut into cubes.....

I don't cook with it often, especially as where I live, access to Indian stores is limited. I usually just cut it into cubes & add to the gravy of whatever flavor I'm making at the time

I have taken to experimenting with curries and use Spice Tailor kits, they suggest paneer as an alternative to meat and I was thinking of giving it a try
