Did anyone have pancakes yesterday? Mum's doing some tonight and I really want some but don't know because of carbs/insulin etc

we had savoury and then sweet pancakes yesterday. Is your mum using a packet mix or making them from scratch. The packet mix should say how much carb is in it, and then you just need to add in the carb in the milk. If you are doing it from scratch work out the weight of carbs in flour and the milk.

Our mix was 125g flour, 300ml milk, 1 egg (approx. 6 big pancakes) and came to 106g carbs.

Thanks =) I wonder if it would make a difference and if so how much of one if weighed once cooked....
