So I have arthritis in my knee and hip I can no longer take ibropen. Paracetamol does nothing to releave the pain. Just wondering if any one else has the same problem and what painkiller you take

I have the same problem and cannot take ibropen as it upset my stomach, Panadol is the only thing that helps me.

If you can tolerate codeine then co-codamol may be an option. Or topical things like Volterol gel.

I don't have arthritis but for years Co-codamol was my painkiller of choice for my migraines and after my T2 diagnosis I asked at our local pharmacy if it was still OK to take and the pharmacist said yes.
