Hi was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to make testing less painful, not had any problems up to now but this last week so painful to test i have turned the dial right down to 1/2 i am using multiclix lancets and have always had to have it on number 2 went down to 1 now 1/2 dreading testing now:( many thanks karen x

Hi Karen

I find it hurts if my fingers are cold, other than that if after a couple of tests it still hurts I find using a new lancet helps with me, the new lancet is sharper and no drag..Hope you can sort it soon.

Err, are you perchance due on?

Karen are you rotating the finger pricker enough on all fingers? are you right or left handed? as im left handed my right hand seems to get mullured more often then not and i have to move the finger pricker into my right hand and start using my right hand pinkies.

I found this if you just click on slide one and then use the next button it will take you through all 8 little slides with bits of advice.http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20469215,00.html
