had a fall yesterday in garden hurt my ribs type 2 diabetic am on metoformin & amitriptyline & astrovastatins what pain killers can i take with these medications .

Probably any of the standard ones like paracetamol unless the leaflets for your current meds tell you otherwise but we can’t give medical advice, it’s against the rules, so you need to ask a pharmacist
