Hiya, is anyone experiencing pain and itchiness in feet, also some tingling , please advise what to do

Contact your doctor.
 
Could they be two separate things @Quovadis ? Athletes Foot can spread onto the foot as well as the toes and can cause intense itchiness. The tingling might be connected to your diabetes.
