Running one marathon is a fantastic achievement for most people, but having run several 26.2-mile courses over the past few years, one Padgate mum wanted to really challenge herself.
Lisa McKenna Brown ran not one but four marathons back to back last weekend clocking up a total of 100 miles in 26 and a half hours.
The 34-year-old was raising funds for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) after her son Josh, who is 14, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the beginning of last year.
