Hi. I was on Ozempic six weeks. Had to stop because it exacerbated heart failure. I was admitted to hospital with SOB and oedema. I’m fine again. Been stopped Ozempic 2 plus weeks but have had much higher BS levels. Anyone else had this? Is this possibly an after effect of stopping Ozempic? Thanks.

Illness (plus recovery) and stress can be associated with elevated BG levels - plus, of course, having dropped the Ozempic you won’t be having any potential BG improvements it might have brought.
Hope you can find an alternative that suits you better.
