Relationship to Diabetes

I am about to take the antibiotic Oxytetracycline. It mentions that it can impact on insulin needs.
Whilst I know it is my responsibility to monitor my levels whilst taking these, I just wondered if anyone has any experience of taking these, and what they found they had to change.
