Hi, has anyone tested the theory that by putting your oats in the fridge overnight before eating or heating the next morning reduces the likelihood of a spike?
 
Hi, has anyone tested the theory that by putting your oats in the fridge overnight before eating or heating the next morning reduces the likelihood of a spike?
I think a few people have tried it and for some it makes a difference but for other not an iota.
You will only find out if it works for you by testing.
 
Made no difference for me.
