hi peeps, i know oven meals are high in carbs, so could you just eat half of it. meal in question is 52g of carbs!
 
I'd say yes, half at lunch and half for dinner. Its the total carb quantity per meal / snack that impacts on the blood glucose rising too high.

Example, these days I never eat a whole banana in one go, depending on the size of the banana, I would either eat half or one third at breakfast, then the other half or another third at lunch or a snack etc
