I tried this for the first time tonight. I had lamb with Edamame pasta and roast vegetables. 2 small scoops of chocolate and hazelnut Oppo ice cream with a few blueberries and strawberries. 5.9 before food and only 6.5 after 2 hours. Result!!!

I got mine in Sainsbury's but Holland and Barrett and Waitrose do too.

I was surprised by how nice it actually is - I thought I could taste a slight sweetener aftertaste, but that's it. Very happy bunny.

The US brand Halo Top is launching over here soon, it's a similar thing, but seems to be a bit higher in calories. Some of the flavours they have sound amazing.

I usually shop in Sainsbury's so will try there. I do like a bit of ice cream sometimes!
