I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support for me , especially in the last few weeks when I have been unwell mental health wise. Its been a long hard war with my diabeties but with the support I have had from this forum Im at long last winning the war. Thanks for putting up with me and my sometimes diarrhea like posting. You are like an online family to me, always there for good and bad times. Thank you Gail

Great to see you back. Sometimes we need to take a few knocks in battle to win the war.
