Can you share the link?
My daughter has been told by the dentist that she needs to basically cut out sugar, shes only 6, seems harsh. Im trying to find things I can make which are still treats but not loaded with sugar.

https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb there you go there's a lovely sounding recipe for Low Carb Molten Chocolate cake that I'm going to be trying out sometime, obviously it uses dark chocolate as it's lower carb and usually less sugar but if your daughters anything like I was at that age she might love dark chocolate 🙂 x

Shes been having cheese and crackers for pudding every day at school, she said 'but I really love that chocolate cake, I wish I could have it' really upset me.

Aww that's such a shame poor wee thing must be worse for her if her friends have like sweets, biscuits or cakes :( well having a look round that website I'm sure you will find something she can enjoy and take to school with her, tell her not to let her friends try it though you may have them all at the door wanting some 🙂 x

If you fancy something really indulgent, check out the low carb yule log recipe I posted in the recipes section. I know it's not Christmas, but what the hell.:D

Doesn't matter what time of year it is mark I could eat it all year round haha thanks will take a look 🙂 x

In fact, sugary things (apart from sugary drinks which are acidic too) are just part of the problem - anything with carbs will stick around in your mouth and get converted to acid and rot your teeth. High GI stuff in particular - bread, flour, crisps. Crisps are worse than chocolate apparently. I'd give her special dispensation as long as she brushes immediately afterwards, that's really the problem I suspect.
