Hi!
I am a doctoral student at University of Quebec in Outaouais, Quebec, Canada, and I am running an online survey about diabetes.
This project was approved by the research ethics committee at Universit? du Qu?bec en Outaouais (UQO), and obtained a grant from Minist?re de d?veloppement ?conomique, innovation et exportation Qu?bec.
If you have either type 1 diabetes or either type 2 diabetes, you are eligible to participate in this research. It only takes 35 minutes to complete the questionnaires.
Your participation is entirely voluntary. The data collected in this study are entirely confidential, and the website used for data collection is secure in order to ensure confidentiality. The results will allow us to contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
