Don't see how Sadza and Chakalaka can be part of a carb light diet. Sadza is just cornmeal, and many recipes for Chakalaka use baked beans as a main ingredient. Not foods to enjoy while living with diabetes, at least for T2.

Not all diabetics follow a low carb diet
