Online cooking courses?

Hi @jrs2 you could use iPlayer and watch some of the cooking shows from the BBC or the same on ITVx, but they are no specifically cookery courses. The other option is Youtube, I found a link to this channel on there BBC Maestro. The other option and the way I tend to learn is to simply get recipes from friends, family and the internet and try to make them. Starting simple is the best way to go I find and often delivers some great results for example, I and most of my family love the Freshwell Fat Head Dough Rolls that I make. They were easy to do and smell great when cooking.
