Today is my first anniversary of diagnosis. In some ways it seems only yesterday but but in others I feel as though I have had it for ever!!!

Ah well, hope I have a few more left !
 
'Happy' Dia-versary Ann 🙂 I'm sure you have learned an awful lot about the way your body works in the past year - so much we took for granted before diagnosis! Hope you have a lovely day, and think of the positives 🙂

I was diagnosed as a type 2 Diabetic on September 29, 2010. One year on indeed.
