Is there a tool to help one do this. I know what I need to do to keep diabetes under control but lose my way after a week or so after visiting my Dr ! It's then another 3 to 6 months before I get back on track .

Welcome to the forum @Richard Hulme. What things do you want to keep track of? Eg diet, exercise, blood glucose levels, medication etc?

Hi Richard, welcome to the forum 🙂 Well, you have lots of online support here if you want to take advantage of it! People report in on their blood glucose levels and the meals they have chosen, plus you can report in about the exercise you have done, weight you have lost (if you're trying), plus lots of support with any questions, concerns or just gripes you'd like to air 🙂

What type of diabetes do you have, have you been diagnosed long, and are you receiving any treatment for it?
