Today was my amputee physio day. The physio is much more demanding than that I did for a broken wrist and a fractured femur (not at the same time! ). Trying to keep a good BG profile is far from easy as at home you tend to split the time and exercise with slightly less intensity. As my BG tends to drop sharply during the exercises getting it right is a struggle either going hyper before or hypo during. Today I think I got it pretty good finishing the session at 5. 2.

One exercise today was the splits and it was the first time I have tried since I don't know when. I was disappointed in that I only managed an angle of about 90° when I was hoping for at least 120°! About 45 years ago I had a girlfriend who was into yoga keep fit and judo. One evening she demonstatrated full 180° splits in both directions.
