When ordering new pods do you do it by phone or online? I got told to do my phone or online but when I went on you litrually tick what you need and put your details in. I thought you may have to log in or something? Haven't had a confirmation email (I know it's the weekend.. I just thought it would be automatic ). Has anyone ordered them like this before ?
