Hi, I’m new to the forum so I’m sorry if this is something that’s been asked hundreds of times already!
I’ve been T1 for 32 yrs and switched from injections to a pump a few months ago. I’m using an Omnipod and was told to email the company for the info on returning my used pod’s. I’ve emailed them a few times now but had no response.
I’m just wondering what other pod users do about returning theirs.
Thanks 🙂

Give them a ring on the 24 HR phone line. They will then send you a box and return label and you can drop it off at the post office.
