The adhesive on the omnipod is causing red rash sore and itchy and causing infections, running out of places to stick it.

Have you tried any barrier creams or sprays or anything under your pump?
For example, I use hyperfix tape under my pump because I react to the adhesive.
My cannula pierces the tape so I do not need to cut a hole in it. This is good because I find any pump glue that comes into contact with my skin really itches.
I initially tried Cavilon but it was not enough for me. However, it is a good start. Plus you could use both tape and cavilon.
